United Health Care proudly announced to their shareholders that they were cutting some 400,000 customers off their rolls in 2010 because eliminating those with higher risks would improve profits. “Profits?” says Steve Railsback.  “We know that profits don’t belong in health care insurance.” California OneCare would eliminate them forever.
