    Well if insurance companies were our “significant other” he or she would be abandoned in a heart beat! When you are in a relationship TRUST is why you are doing business with them. Why using the parallel as a “regular” relationship is another perspective I would have never thought of but it makes common sense soar. And this is part of the problem with healthcare reform. They don't want to talk about it being a commodity. Because it should be seen this way. Healthcare should be a human right. Period.

    Great message! I've often felt that our willingness to endure the injustices and flagrant abuse by our current profit-based financing system seems analogous to the cycle of domestic violence — or the Stockholm syndrome!
    And we know these cycles are HARD to break, but they do!…
