Hi,
I was at the meeting yesterday (Sunday) in Los Feliz where I was introduced to the California OneCare campaign.
The subject came up regarding whether or not the current bill that is pending in Congress will allow states to opt out. According to this article I read today, Sen. Sanders states that states might have to wait until 2017 to implement any state plans. Here is the link:
