		<description>Hi,&lt;br&gt;I was at the meeting yesterday (Sunday) in Los Feliz where I was introduced to the California OneCare campaign.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The subject came up regarding whether or not the current bill that is pending in Congress will allow states to opt out.  According to this article I read today, Sen. Sanders states that states might have to wait until 2017 to implement any state plans.
